Stretchy Sunday’s – Upper back and neck tightness

This stretchy sunday’s aims at promoting movement through your upper back and neck to help with decreasing the tension felt through these areas. It’s common for a large percentage of the population to send large amounts of time sitting at their desk.

I am constantly recommending to patients that by getting up and move more throughout the day. Moving more is an excellent way to help decrease tightness

This routine is best done at the end of the day. Alternatively individual movements can be used throughout the day  to help break up long periods of sitting!
