Stretchy Sunday’s – Reversing desk posture

We are back with another edition of stretchy Sunday’s. This particular episode focuses on reverse that sitting posture. If you, like me, are working from home than you are no doubt sitting for long periods at a time smashing the keyboard to get your work done. Before you know it three hours have gone by and your desk posture has turned into that of the hunchback of Notre Dame. Have a go at the below sequence to help free up some movement and decrease tightness through your upper back. I mean it’s only ten minutes and could potentially help you drastically.
