Stretchy sunday’s – Lower back tightness

Wanting to improve hip and lower back mobility? Been running, cycling, weight training or HIIT training over the past week without any recovery tool? This stretchy sunday is for you!

I’d recommend implementing this 1-2 times a week for maximum effect. Additionally, I’d suggest taking your favourite movements out and using them as cool down exercises after exercise or to help with breaking up long periods of sitting.
